Change of Mind

You may return the goods to us for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods are returned in a brand new unused, re-saleable condition and in its original packaging.
  • You inform us via email at support@phigolfhelp.zendesk.com within 14 days of receiving your order as to the reason why you want to return. You will then be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.
  • You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us via email.
  • Goods must be returned within 28 days.


Faulty Unit

Please contact us at support@phigolfhelp.zendesk.com and we will guide you through the steps to return your unit for a replacement.
